‘The 80’ Apple Brandy represents a collaboration in the heart of Ireland’s Golden Vale, between ‘The Apple Farm’ and the neighbouring ‘Tipperary Distillery’.

‘The 80’ is named to honour the eighty hand-picked apples required to produce each bottle. We wanted to represent the collaboration between farm and distillery and the famously rich and fertile pastures of their location, the famous Irish ‘Golden Vale’, Tipperary.
The abundant apple tree wrapped around the Still is a representation of this collaboration and rich pasture. Gold beams emanating from the tree adds to the specialness of the land and apples.
